After I sent in my application, a recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person interview at the office. I met with a recruiter 1 on 1 for about 45 minutes. I was told that they would follow up with me within a week or two. I never heard anything. I followed up two separate times, and the recruiter never even responded. For a company that preaches about their culture and the way they treat employees, they don't seem to respect their interviewees at all. Disappointing and a waste of time.
Thanks for taking a moment to share your feedback. Clearly we fell short of creating a world class candidate experience, which is generally something we strive for in each interaction. Spoke with recruiter. Didn’t have anything right now; I don’t think anything will come of it. But it was nice of them to reach out knowing I was interested. I’ve interviewed a few times but all three times nothing really happened so hoping I stay in their system.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Aug 2020
Interview
Multiple less-formal conversations with two different recruiters, which moved into three formal interviews. Before my first interview, I was assigned a tech-challenge that I had roughly about a week to complete. The first interview was an hour-long technical interview, where we went over my solution to the take-home challenge. I discussed my thought-process, challenges I ran into, and things I would add if I were to have additional time. The second interview was 30 minutes, and was a behavioral format. The final interview was around 45 minutes, and was with the director of the team, in which they assessed team-fit and discussed the culture of Slalom.
