Three rounds first is general get to know you with HR, second is case study based around an example consulting problem. Final round is a fit interview with team leader.

Multiple less-formal conversations with two different recruiters, which moved into three formal interviews. Before my first interview, I was assigned a tech-challenge that I had roughly about a week to complete. The first interview was an hour-long technical interview, where we went over my solution to the take-home challenge. I discussed my thought-process, challenges I ran into, and things I would add if I were to have additional time. The second interview was 30 minutes, and was a behavioral format. The final interview was around 45 minutes, and was with the director of the team, in which they assessed team-fit and discussed the culture of Slalom.
