Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and we scheduled a call for a quick chat which went very well. I submitted my available days and times and an interview was scheduled the same week. I had an hour long conversation with a great team member. Shortly after the interview I received an email with positive feedback from the recruitment team and submitted additional days and times of availability for a second and final interview which was scheduled for the following week. My second and final interview was again with another great team member. Overall, everyone was fantastic to speak with, I felt instantly comfortable, communication was great and I knew what was happening every step of the way.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
