I can't actually believe the hiring process at this company. I was contacted by a recruiter, had a screening call, then was put through 4 interviews with practice leads and eventually a senior director that also included a basic case study. Afterwards, I was told I "cleared" all interviews and the team was working on staffing me to an active engagement before they could extend the official offer. That limbo lasted FOUR months before I was called again and told that an offer "was not in scope". Unbelievably bad process.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry things did not work out. We will use the feedback to train our recruiters on setting expectations and working better with our leaders on timing.

I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom in Oct 2024
Interview
Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Interview
Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
