Interview
All in all, the process was organized and professional. There was an initial phone interview that was followed by a set of three one-on-one interviews. These interviews were with a peer, supervisor and managing director. Each interview went smoothly and professional. The questions are behavioral in nature; we didn't dig too deeply into my skill set.

Describe a time when you had issues with the performance of one of your team members and how you responded.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
