I recently interviewed at Smartbridge, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. During the interview, the interviewer’s behavior was quite harsh and unprofessional. I was repeatedly told to “close your eyes” and “keep your head up” in a commanding tone, which felt more like I was being scolded than interviewed.
An interview should be a two-way process where both sides communicate respectfully, but in this case, the approach felt more intimidating than evaluative. I hope the company reviews its interview process and ensures that future candidates are treated with professionalism and respect.
