Process was quick and a total of 4 interviews + coding challenge.
Initial interview with the HR, general questions about your experience.
Coding challenge.
2nd interview: Technical of 90 mins, with several questions from javascript, react, css, and html.
3rd interview: 70 mins to test your analytical problem solving, creative thinking & innovation, teamwork & collaboration and so on. Prepare to have some riddles.
4th interview: 60 mins with the CEO. Prepare to get a lot of "why's".
My interview with the CEO was cut short, for no explained reason. It felt like it ended well but a few days later, I got a standard rejection email with no feedback.
The intention of having a good interview process is there. But the" by the book", "fresh from uni" technical questions is off. It doesn't really tell much about the developer.
The interview with the CEO, started with "I'm gonna ask you a lot of why's" felt like he had to cover a list of questions without really listening.
For the way I was rejected with a standard rejection email, after the time spent on the process, I'm glad not receiving an offer. It wouldn't have been a match.
