My interview experience with this company was disappointing. The process spanned a month, comprising three average-difficulty rounds. Promised responses were repeatedly delayed due to employee vacations and turnover. Despite a positive impression of the company and its work environment, waiting another month for a vague rejection after assurances was unprofessional. Polite communication couldn't compensate for the lack of organization and respect for my time.
