Every single service provided by the company is given with high quality and this is not limited to only the clients, but also to the employees. There is a lot of freedom and a great work/life balance. Also every single employee is valued and appreciated and unique and innovative ideas are always taken into account.
Cons
None, the management has no hidden agendas against you like it is usual in many corporations, the work place truly feels like it cares for you and that you are valued and important.

Pros
Good office. Pet friendly. No pressure. Friendly co-workers. Company top management is very friendly, will always listen and help if anything is needed. Good variety of snacks in the kitchen and every Friday free lunch which we order from restaurants.
Cons
Not much cons. If only more trainings/certification
