Interview
The interview process was okay, except the assignment was a little bit too long in my opinion. The task was still fine, but what was not cool was that they had not even checked properly from staffing did they have a project suitable for me. It was a waste of everyone's time.
Data academy for data engineer. Very casual conversation and conversation was mostly around my previous experience with data and why I want to move to data engineering. Role was full time and data academy part would have been 6-9weeks of learning from experts.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Solita (Stockholm, Stockholm) in May 2025
Interview
I had two interviews so far with curve balls before both meaning there were unexpected cases or a lot of technical skills where they said they'll talk culture, etc. I expect the unexpected but I found it weird that they say without me asking "x will happen by the way" and then they do y.
