General phone interview: This call involved basic information about myself including my experience, education, goals, etc.
Position specific phone interview: This call revolved around how my experiences related to what I would be doing. For example, I was asked how I would react in certain situations.
In person interview with management/senior consultants: This interview was at their headquarters and involved more detailed questions about myself, how my experiences applied to the position, what my salary requirements were, and included a writing sample.
