process was pretty detailed, it was my first interview as a professional. they had a detailed form with lot of analytical questions. the best part was that the selection was done based on my future aspirations and not past experience as most of the CAs do not have relevant management consulting experience during their articleship.

Interview
Seemed like interviewee time is not valued here. Was surprised that the interviewer had not read my profile prior to the interview. He was surprised as to where I had worked earlier (which was obviously mentioned in my profile) and gave me a feedback that the limitation with my CV is that I have had exposure to one specific industry only. If that was the case, I do not understand why was I called for the interview in the first place.
He also answered a personal call in between and stepped out while talking and was not am attentive listener and was asking me the next question before I would finish answering the previous one.
The environment overall was very unprofessional; rest of the staff was listening to loud music which I could hear in the interview room.
Wish they value interviewee time a bit more for other candidates in future.
