Was approached by the internal TA on LinkedIn and we set up a video interview. It was all good and sounded promising. We left it at 'I will let you know by mid week next week either way'. After that it was just radio silence. Please do make sure you let candidates know either way, especially when they've invested an hour of their time in getting to know your company more and showcasing their skills and expertise. It's a 2 way system. Candidates are interviewing you too and you want to leave a good impression, which was not left this time.
