Spiff interview questions

Was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter. Interviewed with the recruiter then a hiring manager. Was completely ghosted after being promised next steps soon. Tried following up with both recruiters I spoke to previously to no response. Checked again a couple weeks later to see they both are no longer at Spiff. No word from the hiring manager either. I suspect this may have to do with the recent SF acquisition, but it is unknown if the role was already filled or terminated completely. Either way, there was an utter lack of follow up and communication like another review posts around this time.

Was approached by the internal TA on LinkedIn and we set up a video interview. It was all good and sounded promising. We left it at 'I will let you know by mid week next week either way'. After that it was just radio silence. Please do make sure you let candidates know either way, especially when they've invested an hour of their time in getting to know your company more and showcasing their skills and expertise. It's a 2 way system. Candidates are interviewing you too and you want to leave a good impression, which was not left this time.
