I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stack Builders (Quito) in Feb 2021
Interview
About 3 to 4 interviews, 3 phone calls and a lot of emails, the process was exhausting, the interviews were very interesting, they evaluated basic and important topics although they were very messy. Also they ask for professional references at the end of the process to validate some of your past experience.
the salary offered was low, although they mentioned that they increase over time.
I rejected the offer because I have more competitive offers and also because of several negative comments from former workers
