Steeple interview questions

There were two rounds of face to face discussion. The interview process was smooth and took 1.5 hours. The interviewers were evaluating on analytical thinking and rational thinking and how well an individual can relate present knowledge and skills to the business situations.

1st Round: Extempore 2nd Round: Internship Project, Academics, Technical Assessment 3rd Round: More Technical Assessment and Brief Background Overall the process was smooth, but challenging as the interview was thorough. The selection is not based on what you know already but more on how well you can link the knowledge to business situations
