Applied Online, many phone interviews with people that forgot to call when they scheduled the phone interviews. Rescheduled multiple times and now have two more interviews before even getting to sit before a in person interview.

Interview
Received an email to interview 6 months AFTER I applied for the position. The recruiter did not confirm or follow up when I gave my availability. I was also asked to complete 3 assessments. Seems very disorganized, maybe I’ll hear back in another 6 months.
Slow and tedious. Job description had no relevance to role as explained by interviewers.
Took a long time between interviews on next steps. When assessments were asked for they didn’t seem to reflect the job content either.
Very lengthy. It took months. I interviewed at least four times with at least 10 people. Some in person and some remote interviews. I was finally offered the job when I informed them that I had another offer.
