Due to my USAF background, this interview was more or less a description of duty expectations, and was open to questions. Lasted 1 hour or so, and got to hear about the experiences of my coworkers (we are a small office, so both of the project managers conducted the interview).
Both project managers were extremely friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They did state that this is an entry-level posistion, so as long as I am willing to work, not scared of heights, am willing to comply with safety doctrine, and can lift 50 lbs, pass a drug screen, physical, background check, and have a clean driving record, I could start within weeks.
The office I applied to is extremely short handed, and was having issues filling the posistion, possibly due to advertising, but who knows. I heard about this from the Veteran Rep at the Unemployment office, and I believe that his referral is what made the difference. I got a call the same day I applied for an interview. The whole process was lightning fast!
