Completed online skills and technology assessment, after which I received an invitation to interview. The interview was conducted online via video conference with one TTEC rep and six other interviewees.

Interview was relevant to the position. After 1 month I was informed that the on boarding class was full, wait for next class. 2 months after interview I was informed the next new hire class was full and no longer accepting new hires.

Rehired, so I wasn't asked anything but if my address was correct and if my license was current. Too easy not to pass interview process. I was out of interview in 5 minutes. You just need ins license to get hired.
