I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC in Apr 2014
Interview
Many standard interview questions are those that do not really lend themselves to using examples and stories to answer. These include questions like, "Tell me about yourself," or "What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?" To answer these questions successfully make sure to think about your audience is and the position you are interviewing for. Use keywords, skills, and industry language while staying relevant to the position.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
