I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Rānchī) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview happened in 5 steps -
1. Essay writing- 2 Topics are provided and you have to write on any one topic without making grammatical mistakes.
2. HR interview- If you succeed in the essay round, then you have to appear for this round. HR will ask you some basic questions regarding yourself, what according to you is BPO and why are you interested in it, easy one though.
3. MCQ - If one gets through the HR interview, he/ she has to appear for two papers on MCQ. There were 5 questions each and one has to get atleast 3 correct on each. In one of those paper, they watch for your analytical skills and the other paper, you can use your network to find the answers.
4. Typing Test - one has to type atleast 22 words per minute on a computer. BTW they might tell you to type 25+ words in a minute.
5. HR interview- So if you have cleared all the rounds, you are called for this round. In this round, they might ask for your choice on MCQ paper like why you choose this option and not that option, lil bit on family, are you willing to relocate etc. I might consider myself lucky, as I got the job here, but don't wanna join. I have my own ambitions, goals and I'm working on those. Do pardon me, If have made grammatical mistakes in writing this🙏
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
