I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Huntsville, AL) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied on online. The next day I was sent an assessment. Once I completed the assessment; I was told to complete a system scan which was completely harmless to my computer. I was then asked to join a interview via Zoom. There was a recruiter who explained the job description; pay rate; and hours of operation. Also, we were able to choose our shifts. The only ones he had available were overnight. To sum it all up all of us who were in the Zoom conference call were hired immediately. It really does come off as being a red flag how they did not ask any question but if we agreed to work there. It does bring a few red flags but if you need something quick and pays pretty decent then this is a good choice. Hopefully if the job come to an end they will place us HOPEFULLY

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
