I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TTEC (Springfield, MO) in Oct 2014
Interview
The hiring process is short and sweet. You apply online and if you are chosen for an interview they send you an email. The interview is on the phone and the questions are given to you in advance so you can rehearse your answers if you like. If you get through to the next round they call you back and offer you a time to come in for hiring paperwork. At this point you just fill out papers and submit to a drug test and are given your training schedule.

Question 1
None were that difficult considering you had access to them ahead of time. Most were typical behavioral questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview was great and all. Everyone was nice and the host was nice as well. They asked questions and asked if I had experience in thing that dealt with customer service. I didn't have any, but it was very, VERY disappointing how they still invited me to an interview and knew what I put on my application. How can you even still invite someone for an interview knowing they don't have experience? On top of that, I feel like they should try to at least consider people who never worked before plus they even had training. I was very highly disappointed on how they were. I also wanted part-time because I am a college student. Another thing was right after the interview I got an email basically saying my background and experience wasn't strong enough. Again, it was a horrible experience. How can they just now be seeing the application.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Lahug) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was fairly quick and done within a day. I was referred by a friend who worked under the company and went through Q&A's and several stages of interview along with an exam. Took me 3 hours all in all.
