Their screener found me on LinkedIn and contacted me that they were interested. They were lacks in contacting me back, but I took the interview anyways. At this point I had several hours invested. At the end of the interview, the interviewer said, Oh! You are in a state we do not hire from. What? It's on my resume and LinkedIn account.

Starts with initial interview with the TA then proceed with Final interview with Sir manager, it went good they ask about my experience, strength and weakness, they also ask about what type of a leader I am.
