After Applying online i recieved a email asking me to Schedule a screener interview with HR , very friendly chat with an overview of product and experience. I then scheduled a follow up Team Leader. At this stage i did a little research on the company. I had a look at some of the reviews of the London office. Potentially a bad move from me as the reviews were really . Which were really alarming. I have never seen such bad reviews from previous employeees. There was also a review by a manger addressing the bad reviews. The mangers comments , tone and approach only served to give me a negative insight into the atmosphere. By the time the interview had came around the reviews had effected my outlook on the company. In terms of the interview , it was pretty standard look at my experience. What i knew about company , why i was attracted to the role. Which was ok. I did not receive anything back. Which again is a little bit of disappointment , as even a generated thanks but no thanks email is a nice least i would expect from the expenditure of my time.
