Interview
I had a phone screen with a recruiter and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was not called in for an in-person interview. I was not told that I was not selected for the job. I waited about a month and then emailed the recruiter to ask about the status of the search. I was then told it was filled.

There weren't really any difficult questions, all were pretty standard. The one that was most difficult for me to answer was what I could do to improve in my current role. I should have been ready for this, but didn't have a good answer.
