I got contacted by a recruiter, who organized a first phone interview with an IT Engineer manager, the second one is also on the phone with the internal recruiter and third one face to face with the Sales director.
I liked my first organized phone interview with the Engineer. They took a bit of time organizing it (a week) which is too long for a phone interview, the person was late calling but had the professionalism to call me on time to say he will be late and called me back later, so this was good. The lack of professionalism came from the internal recruiter who called me the following day for the second interview unannounced, I was in annual leave with my two young children around, so the discussion was really difficult. The interview lasted around an hour. He spoke about a complete different salary range than the one agreed with the recruiter, criticized him for not really doing his job, so the conversation was somehow weird as I felt at that point their were not happy to pay a recruiter fee as they had an inside recruiter. I was still very interested about the opportunity, as back in November they had 4,5 stars on Glassdoor and only wonderful comments (it now is at 1,8 stars so I can only imagine something bad happened internally). They said they will give feed back the following week. The recruiter called me on the same evening to say that I passed the second stage and they will organise à face to face the following week. I asked for at least 24h notice to be able to organise myself. I then had to chase the recruiter to have any feedback, the following week, because the recruiter was not responsive, I contacted the internal recruiter by message on LinkedIn as he had added me, and he never replied. I never receive feedback neither interview slot.
