Group interview panel where interpreting information/readings and having an open dialogue with others all together, seeing your ability to give insight as well as shine in a group. Then you give a brief lesson plan to everyone in room. Then you go into a room for indiviual one-on-one interview.

Lots about why you wanted to be in the classroom and what you would bring to unique and often difficult communities
The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.
easy and fun, lots of help through the process. Very helpful and kind, lots of responsiveness. everyone has a clear vision of the mission, and wants to achieve it. Loved it.
