I applied online. I interviewed at Teach for America (Davis, CA) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process included a lengthy application, a cover letter, and an hour long interview. The written portion required recommendations of 15 other high achieving students, however this is more so to test the determination of the candidate and their skill in researching and producing results. The interview was indicative of TFA's attention to detail and their focus on the character of their employees. While it was a tedious process, it wasn't too difficult as the employees were nice.

Interview
2 TFA recruiters and 1 current campus ambassador. They were all very energetic and welcoming and made sure to answer all my questions. Questions were given out before the interview so that we could turn them in as a written response and the actual interview was more of adding to those answers or addressing some of the responses.

You speak to the recruitment managers at your specific school in addition to their boss as well on a zoom interview that lasts about 45 minutes. During the interview they ask you behavioral questions to see if you would be a good fit for their organization and to see how many people you would be able to reach out to on the campus.
