Filled out the application on Friday; Got a response for a phone interview by Monday and interviewed that Friday; Phone interview consisted of about 8 questions, ranging from "how do you organize?" to "describe the skills in your ideal job?"; 2 business days after the phone interview, I was contacted by the Executive Directors asking for a 1:1 (+conference call) interview to talk about the position more specifically
