There were three rounds of interviewing. I made it to the final round. The first interview was with someone from the HR department, the second was with the HR manager, and the third interview was with several company executives/managers.

Question 1
What kind of experiences have you had that would make you a good candidate for this position?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tekbrands (Omaha, NE) in Apr 2019
Interview
First off, I should have read all the negative Glassdoor reviews regarding this company and it's affiliated companies prior to applying. I believe them after speaking with a friend about one of the owners. Lot's of disingenuousness from what I gather. The interview was very "by the book". More specifically, the interviewer robotically recited questions from a book titled "The Who Method" and seemed very excited to share with me their unique approach to interviewing. The interviewer was very excited, prepped me for the next interaction, and said I would have a follow-up call in 2 days ... then just ghosted.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tekbrands
Interview
Recruited by staffing agency. First interview was with 2 employees, one nice and one impatient and curt; gained a lot of knowledge about the job. Lots of questions about my ability to "sell". Second interview consisted of sitting down with the president who starts with "well I haven't had a chance to look at this" as he pulls out my resume from folder. Asks repeatedly how comfortable I am on the phone, and what I would do if I didn't meet my call quota. (Red flags I should have picked up on.)
