- Video Interview (2 weeks later)
- Skype Call/Interview (brief) (2 weeks later)
- Assessment Day (a week later)
Video interview was very relaxed and was inquisitive about you as a person. Just focus on giving good examples with your answers.
Skype interview was a brief call from HR giving some more info about the role and what the role entails. Also an opportunity to ask further questions and really understand the company and the role.
Assessment day was really relaxed, everyone was there to help and there was a real emphasis on teamwork. Exercises entailed:
- Personality/aptitude test (written)
- Maths test (GCSE level, multiple choice) (written, no calculator)
- Situational judgement test (written)
- Group exercise with some flash cards with the aim of working together to place them in the right sequence - quite fun!
- Interview with 2 seniors; supposed to be 40 mins but mine went over to 1 hour 30 mins as interviewers asked me lots of follow up questions and I asked a total of 10 questions at the end.
Overall I found the whole process quite quick, really enjoyable, the recruitment team are fantastic and provide lots of support and pointers, and the management team are also incredibly friendly and really want to get to know you as a person just so they know you are the right fit for the role. Offered the position 6 days after the assessment day.
