I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Teneo
Interview
The interview process felt redundant, as I had to repeatedly describe my experience across multiple rounds with different interviewers. Meetings were often rescheduled at the last minute, which added to the frustration. I was also given a writing assignment, but the feedback I received was very vague, offering little clarity on what they were looking for. From the application to the final round, this process took almost six months, ending with a brief phone call informing me I did not receive the job, with only a vague reason provided.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was repeatedly asked to speak to my past experience, This was essentially the entire focus of each interview round.
The whole process was 3 rounds, standard questions asking about stocks you've been following, etc. Was not very technical but be prepared to answer questions about topical issues and events.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Teneo (New York, NY)
Interview
Multiple rounds are used to test your strengths and abilities. The first round is extremely simple, an HR screen to tell you more about the role and see if it suits you as well as getting to know you. Interviews become increasingly difficult as the process progresses.
Not bad, 3 rounds first phone screen then a few more rounds with a written test. Know why you're interested in Teneo and make sure to stay up to date on current events.
