It was one phone call asking about future aspirations and how you can help the organization, what division I want to work in and if I can help in some in person events.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Advance Group (New York, NY) in May 2024

Over the phone and relaxed, the interviewees clarified that this was an opportunity for me to express what I wanted out of the organization rather than an assessment of my candidacy
Super chill- mostly asking about interests and experiences. Very accommodating and chill interview process overall. You also get an opportunity to ask questions about the firm, which is helpful in deciding whether you want to accept an offer if you receive one.
