I applied through university. I interviewed at The Alacer Group (Mysore) in Dec 2021
Interview
Firstly it was a resume screening process Secondly it was an aptitude round Next there were two technical rounds Finally it ended up with a HR round After selection there would be a training and Internship oppurtunity
Interview process is completely waste, they take interview for around 2 hours and I really mean it for whole 120 minutes. My whole interview process was looking like a interrogation process.
All question are being asked from google and you can literally feel it, since sometime questions will stop coming from there end or questions pattern are mentioned in most of the websites.
HR do not have even respect that after interview they should respond back about the interview outcome, you have to keep following about that. I have answered almost all the questions (90%) of it (technical and Managerial) and then you after after lot of pinging to HR you will get the response as they cannot move forward with the candidature without mentioning the reason.
Overall, this is not a good company to work with since they are wasting time of candidates. Asking questions from google anyone can do it, since it represents the technical strength of the company.
