There were three interview rounds. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Each interview lasted thirty minutes, and beforehand you were informed about the topics and structure, making the process clear and well-organized.

Interview
First round was a 30 minute case. 50/50 behavioral and case. Why consulting, why Dedham, then a market sizing question. Had a great experience and moving in to second round
3 rounds, all 30 minutes long. The final round was with a senior manager, but was an absolutely horrific experience. They rescheduled the final round interview the day of the interview, and then proceeded to show up nearly 10 minutes late to their postponed interview date. To make matters worse, they have their camera off the entire time and open up saying they have to strictly leave in 20 minutes. The interviewer also does a terrible job of facilitating the case portion of the interview, and it's clear they were distracted throughout the interview. It's a shame because the other two interview rounds were great, but the final round was managed the worst possible way I've ever seen and is an unfortunate look on the higher-up management here.
