Approached after I placed my resume on-line and set up a phone interview. The interview with the owner was vague and despite multiple requests for clarification on what the expected outcome could be, the owner was unspecific.

Initially starts as a one on one phone call asking typical interview questions. It turns into a working session matching you up with franchising opportunities. The interviewing process is more of a screening process to find potential customers for the franchising side.

Doesn't really matter your skill set the owner hires people he (owner) likes-- this causes problems down the road and with other team members. Experience is never really considered. Many jobs are created to suit a person vs. the other way around.
