      Quality Assurance Analyst Interview

      17 Mar 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Charleston, SC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at The MIL Corporation (Charleston, SC)

      Interview

The interview was more like a chat among industry friends. I asked them more questions than they asked me. The interviews were very informal because we had already been coworkers at our previous company. For the first interview, the VP treated me to lunch. The second interview was in the office conducted by upper management. There was mutual respect because we already had a shared work history. I gave them my salary requirement and my offer was generously above what I asked. I was also able to negotiate additional benefits due to prior experience.
