I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Mike Ferry Organization (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Very laid back interview when I interviewed. Mostly conversational, typical questions : "Tell me about yourself" and so forth. As long as you smile, are personable, enthusiastic and can speak well, you should get the job. But be careful what you wish for.
Submit a resume on online job post, got a call for screening with basic questions, schedule the in person interview, fill out papers at front desk when arrived, interview in person twice.

Dealing with personality styles? How to deal with pressure? Able to travel/do long hours?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Mike Ferry Organization (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2018
Interview
There was only 1 interview and the job was immediately offered minutes after the interview. They asked all the basic series of questions about prior experience. They will recruit you for coaching sales (where most of the money is), but they only let you start with selling tickets, where you can't really sell anything with a washed up old database. Only 2 sales guys make any money there, who have been there for 9+ years. They advertise $100K salary, but nobody is making more than $40K other than the two guys. One of the two main sales guys used to be the manager there, so he has a set system and database along with a personal relationship with the owner. Someone should contact the BBB on this fraudulent company with horrible ethics!
