I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Predictive Index
Interview
The interview process is relatively extensive, but not intimidating. A phone screen with HR, a call with a manager, another phone call thrown in there, and an extensive in-person interview with the team may be in store for you- but don't be afraid.
You are interviewing for a company that specializes in constructing interview questions and making sure you are the best fit. The process benefits you, not just them. You will not lie your way into this company. The only reason you should be nervous is if you are pretending to be someone you're not, because they will know.
With this in mind, you will realize that the interview is tailored to how you are, culturally and professionally. There are no trick questions, and you will be happy for the opportunity you had to confirm your skills and personality.

Question 1
They give you a Predictive Index survey, which (accurately) describes the type of person you are. There are no "bad" results from it, as you may expect. They will craft questions based on who you are, and you'll notice that you are given many, many chances to explain your best attributes.
