We primarily discussed what type or role I was looking for and whether or not it was a match for the company. I was not looking for another role and felt I was able to be really honest with the recruiter about how I felt I may be able to fit into the client's organization, but also what was important to me. Most of the questions asked surrounded how I may fit into what the client was looking for.
