I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thomas P. Miller and Associates (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process with TPMA was thorough and engaging. Each stage—from the initial conversation with HR to the interviews with my potential supervisor and executive leadership—was thoughtfully structured and offered valuable insight into the organization’s culture, expectations, and strategic priorities.
I appreciated how each interview built upon the last. The HR interview clearly outlined the role and helped set expectations, the conversation with the immediate supervisor allowed for a deeper dive into day-to-day responsibilities and team dynamics, and the executive interview provided a broader perspective on the organization's long-term vision. It was encouraging to see alignment across all levels.

Question 1
How would you adjust to working in a remote environment with periodic traveling?
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Thomas P. Miller and Associates in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview consisted of an initial meeting with the HR Generalist who asked me a series of questions that were casual in nature. When asked about a salary range, the generalist stated that she was told to ask the candidate for a salary range and just focus on picking the best client. Had two subsequent interviews with other staff who I would be working with. Was offered the job, but was given an offer that 55,000 less than my salary range that they asked for from me. Reasoning was that this is what only their budget could allow. Declined instantly. Don't recommend interviewing with them as it felt like they were disingenuous about the process.
