This was one of the best interview processes I've been through. From the initial phone interview to the interview with the larger team, every person seemed genuine. The process was very smooth and communication was constant.
After applying I heard back after a few days and had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then after a day an email came through that I would move next to an interview with the larger team. Since I'm not in DC, they offered a 1 hour video interview, which was very convenient. Afterwards they contacted again for me to come into the office for a final interview, but for personal reasons, I decided to not leave my city and had to decline. I think I would have loved working there simply from the culture and employee's attitudes. The work they do is also admirable and engaging.
The questions they asked were very reasonable and about experiences. It was conversational and comfortable.
