It was a fully remote process with a few online steps followed by three call interviews. Each stage was explained in advance and the communication was good. Overall, the process felt organized and professional, and I had a positive experience.

I applied by submitting my resume and was invited to an interview shortly after. The process included a call with HR and the IT manager. Both were professional, friendly and they clearly explained the role, responsibilities and expectations. The interview was well-structured and I appreciated how open they were in answering my questions.
Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience that gave me a good impression of the company and team culture.
