The entire process was focussed on company culture - attitude fit and skills - job fit. The HR personnel were courteous and very helpful in sharing all information about the interview and in co-ordinating the time slots and setting up the interview. Their interviews were time-boxed, crisp and to the point. The interviewers also gave us a detailed explanation on the role, the expectations and were trying to understand if I had faced challenges similar to the ones that we might face if we take up the role. Overall a very positive experience.
