Several phone interviews, and a panel interview at the end, with lots of faces staring at you from all the angles (super relaxing hahah, not). The very first phone interview with a recruiter didn't go well, recruiter was dismissive (or didn't listen attentively) and acted as if she was talking to a completely inexperienced person.
