All done on phone by a part time recruiter who did a great job but there was a disconnect from the actual people who hire because although I contacted them it seemed that there was an opening in my area. It turned out not to be the case. Also had me take a worthless sales inventory and then said no job was being offered made me think it maybe there excuse to get around equal employment opportunity regulations especially age
