The recruiter said it was a multi-step interview. I never heard back from her after the intro call. Since then, I have seen this company repost this job and many others nonstop. A friend also applied, and they never heard anything, not even a rejection. I don't think they're hiring. They are notorious for reposting jobs. If they're looking for the unicorn candidate they'll never find it.
