Interview
I applied through the website and was called for a phone screen which was just an overview of my résumé. I was then called back for a behavioral interview which was also fairly conversational. The last interview was all day and included a lunch with current employees and a case interview which was pretty simple and no preparation was necessary. They are basically looking for people who fit in with the young energetic culture.
The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
