UPS GL Supervisor interview questions

Got a call from HR to go down for interview. 1st interview with HR, hiring manager and finance controller. Questions are mostly about resume, leadership skills and company fit. Hiring manager was very friendly and shared a lot about job scope. HR mentioned that 2nd interview will be panel interview with 3 people. Two from other divisions and one from HR. Got rejection email around 1-2 weeks after 1st interview.
